HIGHLIGHTS FROM LAST YEAR'S AUCTION BELOW

Thanks to all who helped make HVA's auction a great success last year

Left: HVA Executive Director Lynn Werner with U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy. Center: Honorary Auction Chairman Diane von Furstenberg and Honorary Auction Chairman Hamilton South. Right: From left: HVA President Marc Taylor, HVA Community Affairs Director Liba Furhman and Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal.

Auction Cochair and HVA Board member Christine Baranski sent a video expressing her regrets at not being able to attend the auction due to her starring role in the Broadway play "Regrets Only." She asked for everyone's support and urged them all to bid competitively to make the auction a great success.

Special Guest Scot Haney, WFSB Channel 3 Early Warning Weather Meteorologist, breaks up the crowd, including Diane von Furstenberg, left, while auctioning his donation -- a personal tour of the WFSB Weather Station by Scot for the bidder and up to five friends (or their kids!) and then be his guests for lunch at the Agave Grill in Hartford.
